MySQL Import-Script gesucht

Hi
Suche ein Script wo man den Inhalt einer MySQL-Backup-Datei ( :D) in ein Textfeld reinkopiert und dann die DB updated wird...
wär echt nett wenn mir jemand sagt wo ich sowas herkrieg oder wenn mir das jemand coden könnte ;)
