Scrollbar immer sichtbar

Hallo,
ich möchte dass die Scrollbar immer sichtbar ist.
Das soll doch mit overflow gehen oder?
Also:

body
{
overflow: visible;
}

Aber bei mir geht das weder im Opera noch im Internet Explorer.
Danke schon mal im Voraus.

Ich würds mal mit "overflow: scroll" probieren.

Ansonsten mal einfach bei Selfhtml reingucken:

Oder bei css4you...was CSS angeht eindeutig besser als SelfHTML

Hm... scroll hab ich auch schon ausprobiert gehabt und wie es bei css4you steht, geht das sowieso nich im body.
Das war wohl das Problem, jetzt geht es.
